I recently started this meetup group with several other people who use this new program called the V-Plus. We had a class on becoming aware of what we say and took some time to actually feel what the words felt like when we said them and thought about them. If you consider that the law of attraction is based on vibrations and you realize that the words and thoughts we dwell on create a vibration, you begin to understand how this law works and why or how the attraction is created. Consider a string instrument, for instance a guitar, if you place two guitars next to each other and you pluck the string of one of the guitars, the string representing the same note on the other guitar will start to vibrate. We are like that stringed instrument. The thoughts we have and the words we say are like plucking the string of a guitar and creating a vibration. Others with the same thinking (the other guitar) will be drawn to you because your vibrations are similar.
The goal for all of us is to get our strings to vibrate with energizing words. Become aware of how you feel when you tell yourself, "I am awesome. I feel wonderful. I am blessed. I am protected." Do you feel the shift in how you feel when you say these things to yourself? Let me know if you can tell the difference by posting a comment.
Blessing to you,

VPlus Assists in Overcoming Emotional Eating
Here is a testimonial from someone I know who used the V-Plus to help her overcome an addiction to fast food.
"I was really excited to experience the V-Plus because I was familiar with how frequencies can heal. I noticed after one therapy I was more relaxed, after that is when I was blown away, I have been addicted to fast food, I know this is horrible, but I was. Well ever since then, I never had the urge to go eat fast food after that. I have since lost 10 pounds that has been a struggle in the past to even lose a pound. I am now effortlessly releasing the unwanted pounds by getting rid of the fear. I am an emotional eater, and I noticed when a situation came up I didn't run to my usual fast food, and for me this is huge. I am so grateful for the experience. I finally don't have to search for answers they are vanished, soo cool."
Jeannie
The last I heard, Jeannie had lost 25 lbs and was looking and feeling great.
Results with working with the V-Plus vary from person to person. Sometimes the results are fast and sometimes not as fast. The VPlus is a tool to assist us and isn't meant to replace the advice of any healthcare professional so if you have a medical issue, please consult with your doctor.
I believe there is hope for everyone. We all have the ability to renew our minds, think more positively and change our lives for the better, so feel blessed today.

It's been a while
How is everyone? It has been a while since I have posted anything. I am learning everything I can about Internet marketing and coaching and I have started a Meetup group with and group of 7 others and I had my first Meetup on Friday. It went very well. The program I have to help people get through self-limiting beliefs is pretty powerful and I have used it a lot on myself to test it out and to see how I can best use it to help people.
My focus is on assisting you to become more aware of your thinking and how you can shift from negative, victim thinking to more self-empowered thinking. I have recently been through a difficult time dealing with rejection and I had several revelations at 2am one morning that helped me completely shift my thinking from the feelings of rejection to feelings of empowerment. I spent almost 2 weeks running the program on myself, once in the morning and once in the evening, and then suddenly I had my break through when insights about the situation came to light, and I had a entirely different perspective about the situation. I was wanting to deal with the situation with compassion and understanding and was able to do that through taking care of my own emotions and choosing to live my life with acceptance, love and forgiveness. I used the VPlus to support me in my decision to choose empowerment over feeling like a victim. I see that I have some residual emotions to take care of, but for the most part, my shift happened when these insights seemed to drop into my mind in the wee hours of the morning.
Let me know if you are curious about what I am talking about. Especially if you recognize that you have some thinking that you need to adjust in order to live a happier life and would like to move through and beyond it.

Overcoming victim thinking - Simple but not easy
I have so much I want to share with you and I am so happy to be able to share through this blog.
My main focus most of my life has been about how to feel better and be able to live life freely and fully. I have not "arrived" but I think I am getting there.
My current passion is to help people overcome victim thinking. I think that if most of us could focus on our own strengths instead of our weakness, this world would be a better place. So I want to share what I can with you and see if we can grow together and create a better life and a better world.
I am curious to know, what are some of the challenges you face, your internal challenges. What are some of the things that annoy you? Let's start with those. One of mine is being stuck in traffic and being late for an event. I found myself just whining in the car about how I was going way out of my way to this event and I'm going to miss it. What a waste of my time. And I was sitting there thinking about my attitude and how irritated and angry I was about it ... and yes, I did say a prayer for the people who were in the accident ahead of me, but even realizing that someone got hurt didn't help me fully change my attititude. I was being inconvienced, and I was still so angry that I was late. And I was thinking, what an example I am of how to overcome victim thinking.
So how do you overcome victim thinking? ... The key to it all is to be willing to let it go. It is a simple thing to do but it is not always easy, I know because I work on this stuff every day. I know my life is better because of the work I've done and I know yours can be too. So what are some examples of the things you are experience and maybe we can work through some things together.
